Conversational Interface for Travel Agents

What happens when you’re on a business trip and your flight gets cancelled? You need to login to your SAP Concur® account, find your travel agent, and hope for a speedy re-booking solution. To simplify the experience, Labs created a chat interface so you can interact with travel agents directly through SAP Concur® for quick, intuitive assistance. Now when you contact your travel agent, they’ll have the full context of your trip, with any associated delays and, of course, your profile, preferences, and company policy.

This prototype includes a user-facing interface for mobile and a web interface for travel agents and administrators. Some of the technologies used include React, Redux, Node, Firebase, and Express.
